Your responsibilities
Are you well-versed in theory and now looking for practical experience in a dynamic company? Then use your talent and expertise to help us with the following tasks
* Analyze, structure and summarize complex information into clear, actionable insights
* Evaluate production data and core KPIs to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
* Prepare and independently run internal and external benchmarking projects
* Rethink and help redesign reporting concepts and dashboards to improve decision making
* Support management presentations and develop cross‑functional concepts, contributing own ideas
Your profile
* Enrolled in Engineering, Business Administration, Controlling, Business Informatics or a related program.
* Strong analytical skills and solid numerical literacy.
* IT affinity; confident with Excel/PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, SQL or Python is a plus.
* Well organized, able to work independently, and proficient in developing cross‑functional concepts.
* Strategic thinker with fluent German and English language skills
