Entwicklung innovativer Produkte im Bereich Sporternährung, Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, Food (vegane, proteinhaltige sowie zucker-/kalorienreduzierte Snacks)
Stetige Weiterentwicklung unseres bestehenden Produktsortiments
Teilnahme an Messen, Events und Lieferantenterminen (gelegentliche Reisetätigkeit)
Beratung beim Produktaufbau und Übernahme des Beanstandungsmanagements
Erstellung und Pflege qualitätsbezogener Dokumente (Spezifikationen, Bescheinigungen, Produkttexte etc.)
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie, Ökotrophologie, Ernährungswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Produktentwicklung im Bereich Food, Functional Food oder Nahrungsergänzungsmittel
Fundiertes Wissen über aktuelle Food- und Fitness-Trends
Kenntnisse im Lebensmittelrecht (LMIV, Health Claims, Novel Food etc.) Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil

Development of innovative products in the field of sports nutrition, dietary supplements, food (vegan, protein-rich, and low-sugar/low-calorie snacks)
Project organization and independent implementation of individual project steps (e.g., Supplier search, acquisition, and maintenance of long-term supplier relationships
Strategic negotiation during annual meetings and promotions
Food law review of product compositions
Consulting on product development and handling of complaint management
Maintaining product master data in close cooperation with neighboring departments
Supporting quality-related tasks, e.g.
Creating and maintaining quality-related documents (specifications, certificates, product texts, etc.)
Completed degree in food technology, ecotrophology, nutritional sciences, or a comparable qualification
Solid professional experience in product development in the field of food, functional food, or dietary supplements
In-depth knowledge of current food and fitness trends
