Elektroniker für Automatisierungstechnik / Energieanlagenelektroniker (M/W/D)
Ihre Aufgaben
1. Justierung respektive Kalibrierung von elektrischen Messwertaufnehmern / -umformern inklusive zugehöriger Dokumentation
2. Installation von EMR-Technik (Messumformer, Schützsteuerungen, Einschubtechnik
3. Kleinere Programmänderungen
4. Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten gemäß Wartungsplan inklusive deren Dokumentation Aktualisierung sämtlicher zur elektrischen Instandhaltung gehörenden Dokumente wie den Kalibrierprotokollen, Wartungsplänen, Schaltpläne, Stücklisten, Motorenlisten usw.
5. Prüfungen von Arbeitsmitteln gemäß den gesetzlichen Vorgaben
6. Mechanische Demontage und Montage von Messwertaufnehmern, Regeleinrichtungen, Elektromotoren
7. Reparatur und Unterhalt von Gebäudeinstallationen
8. Ausbau von Kabelwegen inklusive der Anfertigung eventuell benötigter Halterungen
9. Reparatur von Stellorganen
10. Bestellanforderungen der für Reparaturen benötigten Materialien etc.
11. Wareneingangs- und Ersatzteilkontrolle
Anforderungen
Ihre Qualifikationen
12. Ausbildung zum Elektroniker für Automatisierungstechnik, Energieanlagenelektroniker oder Prozessleitelektroniker
13. Kenntnisse im Bereich Steuerungen S7, ABB Freelance 2000, MCC-Einschubtechnik, HIMA, etc. von Vorteil
14. Schaltberechtigung für Mittelspannungsanlagen bis 20 kV
15. Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Sicherheitsbewusstsein
16. Deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift
