Tasks
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring fashion products from design stage to final delivery
* Manage orders, samples, and supplier communication using ERP systems
* Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers and factories
* Travel to the Far East (approx. 50–60 days per year) to visit production partners and strengthen collaboration
* Negotiate pricing, timelines, and production details
* Ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery
Profile
* Curious, proactive, and motivated to start an international career
* Strong interest in fashion, supply chains, and sustainability
* Detail-oriented with confidence in working with numbers and systems
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Able to work independently as well as in a team
* Fluent in German and good English
