Your tasks
7. Quotation preparation and order processing for spare parts
8. Contribution to the monthly order backlog report
9. Collection and organization of all cost-related documents
10. Preparation of all relevant data and documents
11. LC coordination with customers and banks
12. Handling of foreign language customer correspondence
13. Claims processing
14. Market research and support in creating market analyses
15. Supporting the team leader in preparing status reports
Your profile
16. Completed university studies or completed vocational training with many years of relevant professional experience
17. Basic knowledge of project management
18. Excellent business knowledge and technical understanding
19. Solid legal knowledge
20. Confident use of SAP and MS Office
21. Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
22. High social competence and leadership responsibility
23. Systematic work methods, strong communication skills and teamwork skills
24. Working time model: 35 hours/week
