Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain long-term business partnerships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
* Manage the entire customer portfolio, including negotiations, contracts, and delivery of high-quality solutions in the construction and real estate sectors
* Collaborate closely with internal project teams to implement customer-centric solutions that meet budget, timeline, and quality standards
* Identify potential revenue streams and develop new business opportunities within the building solutions segment
* Analyze data and optimize sales processes using CRM systems
* Provide leadership and coaching to team members to enhance performance and achieve goals
Requirements:
* Completed degree or relevant training with additional qualifications
* Fluent English and German language skills, both written and spoken
* Extensive experience in technical sales, preferably in the construction sector
* Proven track record in project-related sales and team leadership
* Strong market awareness and key account management skills with a proven ability to build new customer relationships
* High level of technical expertise and experience in evaluating and implementing customer requirements
* Self-motivated individual with a high willingness to travel
