The Supply Chain Manager EMEA will be responsible for::
* Manage end-to-end supply chain activities for the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with global standards and regional requirements.
* Coordinate demand and supply planning to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet customer needs.
* Oversee logistics and distribution operations, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery across markets.
* Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational challenges and streamline processes.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to regional supply chain projects.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across EMEA and global teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
The Supply Chain Manager EMEA should have the following qualifications:
* Solid experience in supply chain management within EMEA, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments.
* Strong knowledge of planning, logistics, and distribution processes.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
* Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
