🔍 What you’ll do
As SAP Project Manager, you will:
* Manage SAP projects end-to-end: from planning, execution, go-live, to stabilization
* Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with business and IT stakeholders
* Control project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks with transparency
* Identify and mitigate risks/issues impacting delivery
* Provide clear, regular updates to all stakeholders
* Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements
* Drive change management and ensure user adoption of new systems
* Conduct post-implementation reviews to learn and improve
* Lead non-SAP strategic projects across the organization, applying governance and best practices
✅ What you bring
* Proven experience managing SAP projects (3–5 years minimum).
* Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Good understanding of business processes and how SAP can optimize them.
* Flexibility to thrive in both SAP and non-SAP project environments.
💡 Bonus points
* Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or finance.
* PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certification.
* Fluency in French and English (other languages are a plus).
