Aufgaben
Under the responsibility of a Project Manager, you will independently set up, monitor and deliver groupwide projects in the area of strategic development, process optimization, digitization, IT transformation, regulatory affairs, and post-merger integration.
The projects led by the team aim to increase efficiency, create new revenues and improve the external/internal customer experience.
Your main mission will be:
1. Initiation, preparation and support of group-wide projects in the areas of strategy development, process optimization, IT, regulatory affairs and post-merger integration
2. Independent responsibility for all relevant activities in the role of a junior project manager (m/f/d)
3. Optimization and adaptation of business processes in collaboration with the business units

4. Successfully completed university degree in economics, natural sciences or engineering
5. Initial knowledge of project management methods, in particular in the areas of project planning and controlling, project risk and resource management etc.
6. Initial experience in project work is of advantage
7. Good understanding of processes and IT infrastructure
8. Excellent presentation structuring skills
9. Fluent English and very good French and German
10. Confident manner combined with excellent oral and written communication skills
11. High level of motivation to learn and strong analytical skills
12. Independent, systematic and precise way of working
13. High level of teamwork, flexibility and motivation
