What you will do
1. Maintenance of production tools in the EGIO/EPITAXIE area (epitaxy reactors)
2. Carrying out troubleshooting & repairs (extended equipment knowledge)
3. Carrying out preventive maintenance
4. Coordination and acceptance of comprehensive service work (also in cooperation with external companies)
5. Compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g. DGUV, etc.)
6. Improvement of system technology/performance and processes
7. Detection of failure focal points & implementation of process optimisations
8. Exchange of information with other users / maintenance
9. Determining critical spare parts & ensuring the supply of spare parts
10. Training of operational production employees with regard to standardised service work
11. Fault and service documentation
12. Handling internal production projects and contact person for system installations and relocations in collaboration with other departments, e.g. other support groups
What you will need
13. State certified Technician or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar with qualification as an electrician
14. Several years of professional experience in maintenance of production facilities
15. Willingness to work shifts
16. Training takes place in the day shift during the first three months
17. Ideally experience in the field of semiconductor production or special machine construction
18. Independent and quality-conscious way of working
19. Planning and organisational skills as well as communication skills
20. Fluent in German and good English skills
21. Analytical thinking and ability to work in a team
22. IT: MS Office, SAP, experience in system software is an advantage

23. Durchführung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen an Produktionsanlagen im Bereich EGIO/ Epitaxie (Epitaxie-Reaktoren)
Ausführung von Fehlersuche und Reparaturen
Durchführung von vorbeugender Instandhaltung
Koordination und Abnahme übergreifender Servicearbeiten (auch in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Firmen)

24. Verbesserung von Anlagentechnik/-leistung und Prozessen
Identifikation von Ausfallschwerpunkten & Ausführung von Prozessoptimierungen
Informationsaustausch mit anderen Nutzern / Instandhaltung
Ermittlung von kritischen Ersatzteilen & Sicherstellung der Ersatzteilversorgung
25. Schulung der operativen Produktionsmitarbeiter im Hinblick auf standardisierte Servicearbeiten
26. Fehler- und Servicedokumentation
27. Abwicklung von produktionsinternen Projekten und Ansprechpartner für Anlageninstallationen und -verlagerungen in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, z.B. anderen Supportgruppen
Ihr Profil
28. Staatlich geprüfter Techniker oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik o.ä. mit Befähigung zur Elektrofachkraft
29. Relevante Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Fertigungsanlagen (Produktionsumfeld)
30. Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
31. Die Einarbeitung erfolgt in den ersten drei Monaten in der Tagschicht
32. Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich der Halbleiterfertigung oder des Sondermaschinenbaus
33. Selbstständige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
34. Planungs- und Organisationsgeschick sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit
35. Analytisches Denken und Teamfähigkeit
36. Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
37. EDV: MS Office, SAP, Erfahrung in Anlagensoftware ist von Vorteil
