Werde Teil unseres Sales-Teams und gestalte aktiv die Marktbearbeitung im deutschen Einzelhandel in der Region Bremen und Umland/Küste.
Als Area Sales Manager (ASM) bist Du verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung unserer Marken- und Vertriebsstrategie in den Kanälen LEH, Getränkeabholmarkt (GAM) und Cash & Carry.
Bei uns bekommst Du den Freiraum, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Entscheidungen vor Ort zu treffen und Dein Gebiet eigenständig weiterzuentwickeln - mit klarem Fokus auf Wachstum, Sichtbarkeit und Exzellenz in der Umsetzung.

DEINE AUFGABEN

• Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung, Beratung und Weiterentwicklung Deiner Kunden im LEH, GAM und C&C
• Sicherstellung einer optimalen Distribution, Verfügbarkeit und Regalplatzierung unserer Marken
• Planung und Umsetzung von Zweitplatzierungen, Promotions und Markenaktivierungen
• Steuerung und Begleitung von Aktionsmaßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Absatzsteigerung
• Aktive Teilnahme an handelsspezifischen Talons, Ausschreibungen und Fachmessen
• Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Gebietssteuerung auf Basis von Prioritäten, Daten und klaren Zielen
• Pflege des Reportings sowie eigenständige Organisation administrativer Aufgaben

DEIN PROFIL

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb
• Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im FMCG-Umfeld und im stationären Handel
• Ausgeprägte Verkaufsstärke, Organisationsfähigkeit und Umsetzungsorientierung
• Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Überzeugungskraft und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
• Strukturierte, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit sicherem Auftreten beim Kunden
• Sehr gute MS‑Office‑Kenntnisse sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse
• Führerschein Klasse B und hohe Reisebereitschaft
