You’ll play a key role in aligning HR strategy with business goals, supporting team growth, and ensuring smooth collaboration with employee representatives.

🔍 Support managers in team development, workforce planning and performance management
· Contribute to recruitment, learning & development, succession planning and talent initiatives
· Provide data-driven HR insights and recommendations for improvement
· Participate in cross-company HR projects focused on modernization and integration
🔍 Proven HR experience, in a manufacturing or industrial environment
✅ A solid grasp of strategic HR and key people processes
✅ Strong communication and project management skills
✅ Fluent in German C2 and English C1
