We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Supply Chain and Quality Manager" (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
1. Act as interface with suppliers for operational activities
2. Assess suppliers during tendering phase and contribute to the selection decision
3. Manage/contribute to supply chain & quality aspects of the contract being responsible for On time Quality (and on Cost when applicable) performance
4. Manage supplier quality Approval ensure that suppliers are compliant with certifications required in coordination with relevant stakeholders
5. Monitor or support new product introduction, Transfer of Work, changes, to ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial phase
6. Assess the Supplier capacity, capability & performance and contribute to the Supplier development
7. Identify the supplier industrial risks and propose mitigation actions
8. Work out short term recovery plans
9. Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects
10. Report on supplier operational performance
11. Apply the current associated tools to manage all activities related to supplier management
Your profile:
12. Completed studies in the field of engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
13. More than two years of professional experience in the field of supplier Management, project Management, quality Management and Supply Chain/ Logistics
14. Basic knowledge of Process Management and Risk Management
15. Knowledge of Google Workspace
16. Fluent in German and English
17. Willingness to travel (max. once a month)
