7. Own and manage ETRM systems and related platforms, ensuring alignment with trading, risk, and operational goals.
8. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that balances innovation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
9. Act as the primary liaison between trading, operations, risk, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical deliverables.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure seamless delivery, upgrades, and system performance.
11. Monitor system usage, identify improvement opportunities, and lead initiatives to optimize workflows and strengthen controls.

12. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
13. 5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis within energy, commodities, or financial trading industries.
14. Strong knowledge of Endur (Openlink) or similar trading/operational systems.
15. Proven ability to manage stakeholders, align priorities, and deliver results in complex environments.
16. Understanding of front-to-back trading processes, including trade capture, risk, settlements, and reporting.
