In this demanding role, you will manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with quality requirements. 9. Development, implementation and monitoring of supply chain strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs
10. Management of supplier relationships, including selection, performance monitoring and contract negotiations.
11. Ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with all quality standards
12. Analysis and problem solving within the supply chain using data-driven approaches
13. Establishment and monitoring of quality standards in the operational area
14. Implementing process optimizations to increase overall performance
Your profile
15. Completed studies in the field of aircraft construction, engineering or supply chain quality (at least Bachelor's degree)
16. Several years of professional experience (over 2 years) in aircraft construction, manufacturing engineering, quality management or in the supply chain
17. In-depth application knowledge of Python and SAP
18. Proficient use of Google Workspace
19. Good knowledge of project management, lean management, Kaizen, and total quality management (problem-solving methods)
20. Essential knowledge of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
21. Fluent English skills and advanced German skills
22. Strong analytical skills, a proactive work style, and willingness to travel (approximately once a month)
