Responsibilities: Development : Drive R&D projects in the field of industrial parts cleaning (IPC), from concept to series production Testing : Plan and perform lab-scale experiments including documentation of test results Characterization : Analyze treated surfaces using physical and chemical measurement methods Scaling : Support the transfer of lab results to pilot and production scale Improvement : Evaluate and optimize materials and process parameters continuously Qualifications: Education : University degree in chemistry, preferably with a focus on organic or inorganic chemistry, or a comparable qualification Experience : 2–5 years of relevant industry experience in surface treatment or R&D preferred Skills : Strong analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach Mindset : Enthusiasm for hands-on experimental work, strong attention to detail, and confidence in communicating and collaborating with colleagues and cross-functional teams Languages : Good spoken and written English; German skills are a plus The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
