In this senior position, you will operate at the strategic intersection of start-ups and partner organisations.
Your role will involve providing start-ups with content and conceptual support, initiating collaborative projects and developing existing partnerships further.
Tasks
* Identifying, selecting and technically evaluating start-ups in the bioeconomy and agri-food tech sectors
* Providing strategic support and coaching to start-up teams at various stages of development
* Participation in the initiation and design of joint projects between start-ups and partners
* Maintaining and developing relationships with start-ups, partners, and other stakeholders
* Collaborating on the further development of RootCamp's programmes, formats and innovation environment
* Representing RootCamp at trade and networking events
Requirements
* Several years of relevant professional experience in a start-up, innovation or business environment
* Experience of working with start-ups and in project-based collaborations, accelerators, corporate innovation and founding your own company
* Ability to structure complex topics and bring together different interests
* Excellent project management and communication skills
* Independent and responsible approach to work, with a strategic way of thinking
* Located in or willing to relocate to the Hanover region on a long-term basis
