We are currently seeking a Service Technician/Mechatronics Engineer (m/f/d) for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning to join our team in Lauf an der Pegnitz/Nürnberg. This is a full-time, permanent position focused on serving our clients in the Bamberg region.
As a Service Technician/Mechatronics Engineer, you will play a vital role in enhancing indoor climates in residential and commercial spaces, improving the well-being of individuals. Your technical expertise will not only assist our customers in operating their systems efficiently and reliably but also contribute significantly to environmental protection.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Commissioning refrigeration and air conditioning systems at customer sites
* Maintaining and servicing building technology systems in the refrigeration and air conditioning sector
* Providing knowledgeable and comprehensive support for the systems
* Ensuring smooth production processes for our customers
* Identifying and resolving issues
* Participating in on-call emergency services
* Updating technical documentation
Your Profile
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and a customer-oriented mindset. Additionally, you should possess the following qualifications:
* Completed vocational training as a refrigeration technician/mechatronics engineer (m/f/d) or a similar qualification
* Experience in the field of chilled water systems
* Ideally, good knowledge of electrical engineering and hydraulics, with a knack for understanding complex technical relationships
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are a plus
* Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license (Class B)
