Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end category management process within the telecommunications product assortment and mobile tariff (postpaid, prepaid, bundles, etc.) Support the category leader develop and nurture strategic partnership with national and local supply partners. Analyse key metrics and range gaps to derive strategies on how to improve supplier and category performance. Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. Assist on developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, including pricing structures and promotional campaigns. Develop long-term category strategies which are fit for the local market to ensure customer acquisition and retention as well as growth in key category KPIs. Cross departmental engagement with supply chain, app development and marketing to deliver a best-in-class service to our customers. Qualifications Procurement, Merchandising or buying experience within 3C, specifically related to telecommunications is ideal. Understanding of consumers, with market insights and purchasing expertise. Exceptional analytical abilities, data sensitivity, and logical thinking.
