Salary: 70.000 - 110.000 € per year Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration with 8 years of experience. IT audit experience either with a Big Four or second tier audit firm and/or internal IT audit experience with Fortune 500 companies. CISA Certification Extensive practical experience with IT controls for SOX 404. Experience with acquisitions and divestitures, including due diligence and post-merger integration. Ability to travel up to 35%. Most travels are within the United States and Europe. Previous experience with CISSP, CIA or CRISC certification is a plus. Responsibilities: Manage assigned audit locations independently by planning and executing high-quality IT audits and reviews based on an ongoing risk assessment and supervision of audit teams. Plan and perform audit procedures based on risk assessment and modules of Danaher Standard Internal Audit program including testing and evaluation of internal controls and compliance with internal standards and requirements, external regulations, as well as Corporate policies and procedures. Draft audit reports based on work performed and submit to Internal IT Audit Director responsible for the engagement on a timely basis following field work. Provide constructive and meaningful recommendations based on audit findings that will help improve internal controls and compliance.
