As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will contribute ideas, move confidently between technology and the market and contribute to the realization of innovative solutions for tomorrow. What You'll Do Observation and analysis of market trends as well as conducting competitor analyses – with the aim of developing new product ideas in the field of sensors and meters Responsibility for a sub-range over the entire product life cycle – from conception to market launch and further development Active participation in development projects – including requirements assessment, documentation, field tests and coordination of the market launch Cooperation with international stakeholders as well as management of supra-regional projects with corresponding responsibility Development and implementation of pricing concepts and market launch strategies in coordination with marketing and sales Promote application knowledge around sensors & meters to support sales and training teams Conception and collaboration in the creation of marketing materials such as videos and brochures Who You Are You have a technical education at TS or FH level, ideally supplemented by further training in building management or building automation You have several years of professional experience in product management or technical sales – ideally related to sensors, measurement technology or HVAC applications You already have practical experience in areas such as measurement and control technology (I&C), hydraulics or general HVAC systems You work in a structured and independent way, think entrepreneurially and like to take on responsibility You are IT-savvy, interested in digital technologies and new solutions You enjoy working in a team, are customer-oriented, willing to travel (approx. 10%) and open to new topics and tasks You have a very good knowledge of German and English Who We Are At Belimo, we take pride in making our company a rewarding place to work.
