<ul>
<li>Technical and managerial oversight of the Maintenance and Facility Management departments</li>
<li>Responsible for ensuring the availability of all machinery and equipment, including all central utility systems (power, ventilation, plumbing, compressed air, vacuum, and supplies of cooling lubricants and polishing agents)</li>
<li>Responsible for analyzing malfunctions and developing sustainable corrective measures</li>
<li>Establishment of a preventive maintenance system</li>
<li>Point of contact for external service providers, government agencies, and authorities</li>
<li>Responsible for budget preparation and adherence within the department, taking into account “make or buy” considerations</li>
<li>Coordinating the maintenance and upkeep of the infrastructure</li>
<li>Assuming project responsibility for renovation measures and/or structural changes</li>
<li>Responsible for compliance with all legal regulations</li>
<li>Willingness to work occasional weekends</li>

<li>A successfully completed technical degree, or technical/science-based vocational training with further training as a technician, or comparable practical professional experience</li>
<li>High sense of quality and responsibility, as well as an independent, proactive, and team-oriented approach to thinking and working</li>
<li>Several years of professional experience, including leadership experience</li>
<li>Very good German language skills and good English language skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in common software (SAP, MS Office, etc.)</li>
<li>Hands-on mentality</li>
<li>Customer focus</li>
