The Opportunity Own and drive new logo acquisition across Germany Sell a B2B SaaS solution focused on educational institutions (administrative & student management systems) Work directly with the Director in a lean, high-impact environment Help build structure, processes, and sales strategy from the ground up Act as the go-to commercial lead with full ownership of the sales cycle Key Responsibilities Generate and close new business opportunities (full 360 sales cycle) Build and manage your own pipeline through proactive outreach & networking Engage senior stakeholders within schools and educational organisations Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations Manage and maintain accurate pipeline reporting via CRM (Sugar) Contribute to shaping sales strategy, messaging, and go-to-market approach What We’re Looking For Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales (new business focused) Strong hunter mentality with a track record of winning new clients Fluent German (essential) and professional-level communication skills Based in Bavaria (or willing to be in-office regularly) Experience selling into the education sector (highly desirable) Background in SME / scale-up environments — someone who can build, not just maintain Confident, hands‑on, and comfortable working without a large support team Why Join?
