The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, engineering, or business administration and at least 5 years of experience in the fire suppression industry.
This role involves gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving product launches and business planning processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage product development from concept to launch.
* Collaborate with R&D, production, marketing, purchasing, and sales teams.
* Develop and maintain production timelines.
* Provide technical and commercial training for internal and external customers.
* Develop positioning and messaging for our products.
