Your Role
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will:
* Drive the end-to-end sales process of accessibility SaaS solutions for enterprise clients.
* Own and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
* Achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
* Collaborate closely with your direct sales colleagues (5), as well as finance, marketing, and customer service.
* Contribute to the company’s mission of making the digital world barrier-free.
What We’re Looking For
️ 5+ years’ proven experience in software sales (preferably Enterprise SaaS).
️ Native/fluent German (C2) – essential for client communication.
️ Strong adaptability, empathy, persistence, and a customer-centric mindset.
️ Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, social impact-driven scale-up.
️ A university degree is not mandatory – your sales track record speaks louder.
