About the Job:
In this challenging and responsible position, you will lead a team of skilled professionals in facilities management. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of all technical systems at our Bayreuth location.
Your Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise a team of specialists in facilities management
* Oversee the maintenance and repair of all technical systems at the Bayreuth location
* Develop and implement modern maintenance strategies and procedures
* Monitor and optimize the performance of technical systems
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
* Plan and manage smaller projects related to facilities management
* Provide training and development opportunities for team members
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals
* Develop and manage the facilities management budget
Your Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A successful completion of an apprenticeship or vocational training as a heating and ventilation engineer
* Several years of experience in leadership positions within facilities management
* Knowledge of modern maintenance concepts and strategies
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems
