In this role, you will support training activities, help maintain high-quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across our contract logistics operations. Deliver onboarding and basic operational training (safety, equipment handling, receiving, picking, packing, inventory, shipping).
Support refresher training and day-to-day coaching on warehouse processes.
Quality Support
Participate in internal checks on key warehouse activities (order accuracy, labeling, scanning, packaging).
Support investigations of quality issues and help document corrective actions.
Compliance & Safety
Support safety training and compliance with local regulations.
Support new project launches and process changes.
Certifications such as Train-the-Trainer, ISO Auditor, or Lean Six Sigma (not mandatory).
