Our goal: to prepare machine manufacturers for online direct sales and digital lead generation. To achieve this, we're looking for someone who knows the market, and wants to change it.
Your Mission:
* You ensure that manufacturers establish as a permanent part of their sales mix.
* You show them how direct sales work online – no detours, no compromises.
What you'll do with us:
* Convince manufacturers to sell their machines digitally – directly or via qualified leads
* Hold talks with managing directors, sales managers, and decision-makers
* Present our platform, identify opportunities, and build strong relationships
* Contribute ideas on how to make our platform and processes even better
* Work closely with product, marketing, and management
What should you bring to the team:
* Several years of experience in machine sales – ideally on the manufacturer side
* Understanding of how sales in agricultural, construction, or municipal machinery works
* Ability to speak the language of the industry as well as the language of decision-makers
* A drive to shape rather than just manage, to think digital rather than sell analog
* Persistence, self-motivation, and the ambition to build something new
* Professional Business English and German
