RATE: €60 to €80 per hour (Depended on experience)
Are you an experienced project manager with a strong technical background in facility management and real estate? We’re looking for a Project Manager – Real Estate & Facility Management to drive renovation, modernization, and maintenance projects across our office, laboratory, and potentially cleanroom spaces.
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute renovation and modernization projects from concept to completion
Coordinate closely with external planners and internal stakeholders
Take ownership of cost planning, budget control, and project tracking
Serve as the key technical contact for all construction and facility-related topics
Ensure smooth communication between internal users and external contractors
Oversee service providers and suppliers, including regular review meetings
Manage tendering and award processes
Ensure compliance with VOB regulations, warranty conditions, and maintenance intervals
Support and optimize processes within technical facility management
Drive continuous improvement and structured project execution
Requirements:
Strong project management experience in real estate or facility management
Solid understanding of building trades (e.g., electrical, IT infrastructure, HVAC)
Prior experience in working with technical systems and installations
Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., HOAI, VOB)
Comfortable managing stakeholders across departments and hierarchies
Proficient in MS Office tools – especially Teams and SharePoint
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Self-organized, structured, a strong team player, and resilient under pressure
