We are seeking a Senior/Staff Product Manager to take ownership of this vital area, ensuring a seamless and optimized marketplace experience that supports our partners and guarantees guests a reliable and premium ride. YOUR CHALLENGE: As a Senior/Staff Product Manager for the Marketplace team, you will: Drive the strategy and execution of features that show tailored offers to our partners, allowing them to pick those that align with their preferences. Own and optimize the end-to-end partner experience in the marketplace, from offer creation to selection. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data, and operations teams to deliver impactful product improvements. Develop data-driven insights to identify opportunities that enhance the efficiency of our partner scheduling process and ensure no guest requests go unmet. Prioritize the right projects that align with business goals, balancing partner needs with guest experience requirements. Maintain a strong understanding of partner behaviors and market dynamics to adjust the marketplace strategy and product roadmap. Act as the main liaison between partners, product, and the wider business to ensure the marketplace achieves its goals. ABOUT YOU: We’re looking for someone who brings: 5 years of product management experience, at least 2 years as a Senior Product Manager. Proven success in managing end-to-end product lifecycles and launching data-driven product improvements. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver successful outcomes. You have worked directly with Data Science or Machine Learning Teams. A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. Bonus points if you have experience working with logistics, transportation, or B2B marketplace products.
