With a network of over 20 locations worldwide, more than 1,400 employees and over 30 years of experience, the Business Entity Solar Trade within BayWa r.e. group is one of the world's leading distributors of photovoltaic components. Throughout the B2B sector we supply and support our cooperation partners and installers with innovative photovoltaic products. We also offer trainings and organize roadshows to keep our customers up to date. The experts for our own mounting system, novotegra, provide first installation support directly on site. In addition, we offer full system configurations and a digitalized customer journey via our planning tool Solar-Planit and our webshops.
About the role: Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Tübingen and are currently looking for a HR Business Partner & HR Coordinator (m/f/d) for BayWa r.e. Solar Trade Holding GmbH (STH). STH is the holding company of the Solar Trade business within BayWa r.e. group, comprising 23 legal entities and over 1,400 employees. STH itself has more than 30 employees.

• Serve as the central HR Coordinator for all global Solar Trade entities, ensuring consistent standards, governance, and operational excellence.
• Lead and oversee end‐to‐end recruitment processes across German entities, enhancing talent pipelines and hiring quality.
• Act as the senior interface between Group HR and local HR teams worldwide, driving alignment on strategic HR initiatives and global frameworks.
• Provide full‐cycle HR business partnering to smaller EMEA entities without dedicated HR teams, ensuring they receive high‐quality guidance and support.
• Build and steward a global HR community within Solar Trade to foster collaboration, share best practices, and surface HR‐related insights from local teams.
• Identify, define, and prioritize global HR projects emerging from the HR community—ensuring alignment with business strategy and measurable value creation.
• Co‐manage the Rexx HR system with the Systems Manager, developing functional enhancements and ensuring system configuration aligns with business needs.
• Report directly to the Head of HR, Solar Trade EMEA, supporting strategic decision‐making through data‐driven HR insights.

* 5–8+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a global, matrixed, or fast‐scaling organization.
* Proven track record in HR transformation, including digitalization, standardization, automation, and structural HR development.
* Strong capability to anticipate challenges and proactively shape HR processes in a dynamic, high‐growth environment.
* Excellent understanding of German labor law, employment regulations, and compliance; familiarity with navigating international HR legislation.
* Outstanding communication and stakeholder‐management skills in both English and German, enabling effective collaboration across all organizational levels.
* Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross‐functional, multicultural, and remote teams.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of flexibility and resilience.
* Strong digital affinity and hands‐on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Rexx).
