GMP Production Supervisor

The Opportunity
Our client is establishing a new, state-of-the-art production facility and is seeking a GMP Production Supervisor (m/f/d) to take ownership of a small but highly skilled manufacturing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the process, leading people on the shop floor, and shaping how production is done not just following existing structures, but actively building them.
What You Will Be Doing
* Take responsibility for a compact production team, guiding daily work, supporting individual development, and creating a culture of learning and accountability
* Translate production plans into efficient daily operations while keeping output, quality, and timelines on track
* Act as a key contact for GMP topics within production, ensuring regulatory compliance is embedded in everyday work
* Oversee manufacturing activities and intervene early when deviations, risks, or inefficiencies arise
* Contribute hands-on to technical and organizational projects aimed at improving equipment, workflows, and production concepts
* Support the creation, review, and continuous improvement of GMP documentation and qualification-related records
What You Bring With You
* Solid professional experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing, ideally gained over several years
* Practical know-how in GMP documentation, validation, and qualification of production equipment
* Technical expertise in solid-phase synthesis
* Natural leadership presence with the ability to motivate, communicate clearly, and build trust within a team
* Confidence working in both German and English in a professional environment
* A mindset geared toward innovation and optimization, with experience applying continuous improvement approaches such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
