Associate Director Sales Network Management Berlin, Germany | full time | Job ID:9593 We are looking for seasoned sales managers responsible for maximizing the performance of BioNTech’s COVID-19 vaccine portfolio in Germany (regions south, west, north, east) through strategic sales management, multichannel engagement, and data-driven decision-making. Sales Strategy: Maximize our COVID vaccine performance in Germany by promoting our products to healthcare providers and engaging key opinion leaders in a defined region (south, west, north, east) Product Promotion: Drive awareness and adoption of BioNTech products among healthcare providers Market Insights & Strategy: Develop strategic sales initiatives and leverage data insights to enhance our market presence Engagement: Optimize the vaccine performance and influence opinion leaders through personal contact and multichannel efforts to promote BioNTech products effectively Collaboration and Event Management: Collaborate internally to create sales strategies for vaccination season, and manage sponsorships, ensuring alignment with company goals Key Account Support and Education Programs: Identify and engage high-potential healthcare professionals; collaborate with Key Account Managers and MSLs, and develop educational programs with pharmacies Analytics and Performance: Ensure sales performance and compliance, oversee partner sourcing, support infield team and provide seasonal updates, providing analytics and insights across digital sales channels, enhancing tools and preparing for future opportunities in the vaccine market Extensive background in pharmaceutical sales, network management, and field operations Expertise in vaccines and deep knowledge of the prescriber landscape Track record of driving regional performance, achieving vaccination quotas, and revenue growth Proficiency in territory management, omnichannel execution, and collaboration with MSLs and KAMs Experience in training initiatives and engaging top vaccine champions Strong analytical abilities, using data-driven insights for decision-making Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement It's our priority to support you: Your flexibility: flexible hours | vacation account Your growth: Digital Learning | Performance & talent development | leadership development | Apprenticeships | LinkedIn Learning Your value: Your voice at the table | Culture on an equal footing | Opportunities to shape & impact | Support for your full potential Your health and lifestyle: Company bike Your mobility: Job ticket | Deutschlandticket Your life phases: Employer-funded pension | Childcare
