We are seeking a (Senior) International Product Manager who can combine provider-centric strategy with consumer-first thinking, bringing expertise in HCP marketing, consumer engagement, omnichannel strategy, and data-driven brand building. Tasks & responsibilities Contribute to the global development, launch, and commercialization strategy, ensuring HCP relevance and consumer/patient-centricity across pre-launch and launch phases. Shape global product launch strategy and execution by focusing on market dynamics and patient needs. Define and evolve the 'where to play' and 'how to win' hypotheses, positioning, and global campaign platforms. Translate HCP and consumer insights into differentiated brand positioning, impactful messaging, and creative campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, HEOR) and regional/local teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution. Leverage behavioral science, digital platforms, and emerging engagement models (e.g., telehealth, e-commerce) to drive innovation in omnichannel engagement. Additional tasks for the Senior role: Leadinnovative omni-channel strategies using behavioral insights, engagement patterns, and advanced data to optimize the marketing funnel. Drivethe development and implementation of Global IBP, aligning budgets with ROI forecasts and optimizing programs at corporate and local levels. Coordinateinternal teams, agencies, and partnerships to enhance strategies, adopt novel media solutions, and deliver connected customer experiences. Guideoperational metrics and planning processes, leveraging data to optimize marketing effectiveness and execution. Ensurecompliance by developing programs aligned with BI policies and global regulations, while partnering with MLR to evolve tactics and strategies. Spearheadmarket analysis and pilot innovative approaches to capture insights, sharing learnings with OPUs to improve local execution. Requirements Advanced degree (PhD, MSc, MBA, or equivalent preferred) Several years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, FMCG, or health & wellness industries Proven track record in HCP strategic marketing (primary care focus), global/regional product launches, and experience in the obesity or CRM space Additional expertise in consumer marketing and/or US commercialization or launch experience (strong plus) Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to translate customer insights into impactful strategies Entrepreneurial mindset with strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills in dynamic environments Additional requirements for the Senior role: Long term experience in marketing, including several years in customer experience management and/or digital marketing, with OPU/Regional marketing exposure. Advanced functional knowledge across all areas of corporate marketing. Proven ability to implement novel marketing tactics, particularly leveraging digital channels to optimize customer experience.
