In this role, you will contribute to the successful implementation and strategic management of new product launches and portfolio expansions. You will be responsible for evaluating market opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies and supporting cross-functional teams in marketing and sales.

Your tasks
5. Analysis and evaluation of launch opportunities for originator products, generics, Rx-to-OTC switches and line extensions
6. Managing product launches in close collaboration with local and regional teams
7. Identification and prioritization of future product launches and portfolio extensions
8. Supporting marketing and sales teams with strategic analyses and forecasts
9. Presenting recommendations and decision-making principles to management
10. Development of go-to-market strategies based on market and competitive data
11. Maintenance and further development of dashboards (Power BI) to control and analyze launch activities
12. Remote work: 2-3 days/week possible
Your profile
13. Completed Master's degree or equivalent qualification in economics, natural sciences or related fields
14. Several years of experience in an analytical or strategic role within the pharmaceutical industry (e.g. consultant, market analyst or portfolio manager)
15. Experience with original prescription drugs (Rx) and generics (Gx) - especially in portfolio management, launches, strategy or marketing
16. Very good knowledge of IQVIA databases
17. Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI; basic knowledge of coding an advantage
18. Strong analytical skills, conceptual strength and strategic thinking
19. Independent and structured way of working as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
20. Business fluent in German and fluent in English
