Job Description
* Selbstständiges Rüsten und Bedienen der Weiterverarbeitungsanlagen
* Anlagenspezifische Steuerung des Produktionsprozesses
* Verantwortung für die zeitgerechte Produktion der eingehenden Kundenaufträge
* Einhaltung der kundenseitigen und unternehmensinternen Qualitätsvorgaben, der Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften sowie sonstiger rechtlicher Normen und Vorschriften
* Durchführung einfacher Wartungstätigkeiten
* Anleitung und Unterstützung der an der Maschine eingesetzten Produktionshelfer/innen
Qualifications
* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Packmitteltechnologen, Maschinen- und Anlagenführer oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
* Erfahrung im Führen von Maschinen und Anlagen
* Hohe Leistungs- und Ergebnisorientierung, auch unter Termindruck, sowie hohes persönliches Engagement
* Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit sowie ein ausgeprägtes Sicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
* Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
* PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office und idealerweise SAP/R3)
