Project Manager – Hochbau, Leipzig An excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a leading national and international engineering consulting firm, based in their Leipzig office. Location: Leipzig, Germany Salary: €50,000 – €70,000 (depending on experience) Job Description: The Resolute Group is proud to partner with a top-tier engineering consultancy, actively seeking a Project Manager for major building construction projects in Leipzig. This role is ideal for someone with a background in all project phases, from planning through to handover. Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex, turnkey building construction projects (e.g., residential, commercial and industrial developments) Independently plan, control, and monitor all project processes Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, consultants, engineers, and internal technical teams Calculate budgets and resources for construction services Contribute to and lead interdisciplinary planning and execution processes Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Provide technical guidance and leadership to your team and stakeholders Qualifications & Experience: Successfully completed degree (Dipl.-Ing., BSc or MSc) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable field Several years of proven professional experience in the execution and management of building construction or industrial construction projects in accordance with DIN / Eurocode Proficient in RIB iTWO Confident use of CAD software (e.g., Revit) Solid understanding of construction contract law (VOB) Fluent in German (B2 level or higher is essential) PLEASE NOTE German and English language are a must for this role.
