Job Description About your tasks Manage and optimize the product portfolio, developing assortment and market positioning strategies Ensure category targets are met, improving product presentation with a customer-centric approach Define and manage key performance targets in collaboration with different stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and continuous optimization of category performance Oversee strategic and operational projects, collaborating with different departments to enhance category performance Monitor and analyze market trends to refine and adapt category strategies Lead and develop the Category Management team for Italy, providing strategic direction and support
