Job Summary
The focus of the role is the management and independent control of cross-location HR projects.
Contract terms: Full-time, limited for 1 year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Management and independent management of cross-location HR projects with a focus on organizational development, process optimization and change management
2. Active participation in shaping and implementing strategic HR initiatives in close coordination with management and global (HR) functions
3. Design, implementation and continuous development of HR processes and standards in the production environment
4. Constructive and solution-oriented cooperation with employee representatives in the context of change and implementation projects
5. Drafting, negotiating and implementing works agreements in close cooperation with employee representatives
6. Advising executives and employees of a small support area on human resources and employment law issues
7. Advice and support in the implementation of individual personnel measures
8. Support in the recruitment process for specialists and managers
Education
Successfully completed studies, ideally with a focus on human resources, business psychology, business administration or a comparable qualification.
Work Experience
9. Several years of experience in the HR environment with initial responsibility for HR projects, transformation initiatives or strategic HR topics
10. Experience in an international manufacturing company desirable
11. First experience in managing cross-departmental project work
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
12. Very good knowledge of project management (classic and/or agile)
13. Confident handling of MS Office, SAP and SuccessFactors desirable
14. Sound knowledge of employment law to support project-related measures
15. Strong analytical skills as well as a structured, conceptual way of working
16. High level of consulting and communication skills at management level
17. Assertiveness and ability to actively shape change processes
18. Proactive, self-reliant and solution-oriented way of working
19. Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken #LI-NJ1 #LI-hybrid

5%: Up to 13 business days per year
Physical Requirements
Sedentary-Exerting up to 10lbs/4kgs of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
