We are seeking a German-speaking professional with expertise in the local market to onboard high-potential clients, including startups with unicorn potential. In this role, you will focus on driving adoption, nurturing client relationships, reducing churn, and identifying opportunities for growth and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
As an onboarding account manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through setup and ensuring campaigns are successful. Your responsibilities include:
* Making outbound calls to promote and sell Google Ads solutions.
* Understanding each client’s business goals and recommending tailored strategies.
* Creating and optimizing PPC campaigns for immediate impact and long-term performance.
* Encouraging higher ad investments and upselling additional services.
* Maintaining accurate, up-to-date client information in the CRM system.
* Managing a high volume of client interactions daily by phone.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s in Marketing or Communications preferred).
* Fluent in German and English (C2 level).
* At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, ideally in client-facing roles.
* Proven ability to work independently and consistently achieve results.
* Experience managing customer relationships and improving CRM systems.
* Comfortable integrating AI tools to enhance personalization and efficiency.
