You will work onsite in Kiel and support the team in Lisbon/ Portugal. Your tasks: Supporting the team in Lisbon/ Portugal onsite in Kiel/ Germany Development of the product vision for military maritime radar signal analysis software Defining priorities and work-coordination between developers, tech leads, QA and stakeholders Plan and maintain roadmaps/story maps, surface dependencies and manage incremental value delivery within 3-month iteration cycles Drive strong cross team collaboration with you neighboring development teams and product owner across locations to align priorities and remove impediments Lead legacy modernization efforts (monolith decomposition) in close collaboration with tech leads Act as the onsite Kiel anchor for the external Portugal delivery team (regular travel activity to Portugal) Your profile: Advanced software development experience in agile environments Demonstrated track record as a Product Owner or in a product leadership role, including backlog prioritization and release planning.
