Our growing Data, AI and MarTech Department’s mission is enabling data- and AI-driven decision making and powering AI and analytics across all Smartbroker products and processes. This generative AI focused data product owner plays a key role in our company’s Data & AI journey - driving client facing and internal AI initiatives throughout the organisation and ensuring successful implementation. You will conduct cross-divisional alignments at the forefront of harnessing data & AI technologies to optimise processes and drive innovation. You will work at the intersection of business strategy, marketing automation, and technical data infrastructure – ensuring high-quality, trusted, and actionable data and tools across the organization.
Own data & AI products end-to-end from brainstorming with business units, defining needs and translating to technical requirements, prioritise and create roadmaps, ensure delivery in quality and time
Define and measure data product success via KPIs
Be a go-to person and sparring partner for stakeholders across departments, driving data & AI literacy across departments, enable data & AI driven way of working
Identify data & AI use case opportunities with high business potential leveraging innovative technologies for process optimisation, risk management, and customer engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional product engineering teams for AI & data feature implementation
Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory frameworks while enabling personalization and performance measurement
Provide data & AI related trainings and act as consultant on data & AI topics across the organisation
University degree in technical or business field: economics, computer science, management or similar
Experience in data product management
Experience with AI products, large language models (LLMs ) and related project management in a corporate environment
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, and regulation as well as data security and privacy regulations
Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills
