DESTINATION SOLUTIONS AS A COMPANY
POSITION
As a "Sales Manager (all genders)" you will play a key role in driving the growth of our company. You will actively bring our solutions to the market, build strong client relationships, and convince new partners of the value our technology brings.
CHALLENGE
1. New Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new B2B partners – including agencies and tourism regions.
2. Lead Management: Actively work with provided leads and generate your own – via video call, phone, or on-site visits.
3. Consultation & Closing: Conduct negotiations confidently, present our solutions, and close deals.
4. Market Expertise: Together with the Account Management team, you act as our ear to the market – identifying opportunities and providing valuable insights to the product team.
5. Market Presence: Increase our visibility through trade fairs, conferences, and industry networking.
FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...
6. Experience in SaaS sales or a comparable role, ideally with a focus on hospitality, travel, or technology
7. Proven sales experience, preferably in a dynamic, digital environment
8. Strong consulting and closing skills – you thrive on direct customer interaction
9. Well-versed in CRM tools like Salesforce
10. Technical understanding of software solutions and booking technologies
11. Willingness to travel within the DACH region
12. Fluent in German and proficient in English

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
