Your Tasks
1. Operating the Power RACE multi-axis riveting robot in accordance with the set-up sheet and programme sequence
2. Preparing the necessary drilling and riveting tools
3. Running in new programmes and assisting with process optimisation
4. Loading and unloading component carriers
5. Assembling sub-assemblies/structures, primarily made of aluminium
6. Carrying out specialist work steps (tacking, drilling, reaming, deburring, countersinking, riveting)
7. Working independently in accordance with construction documents (work plan, bill of materials, drawing)
8. Confident handling of hand-held pneumatic tools (drilling/tacking/riveting machines)
Your Qualifications
9. Training as an aircraft mechanic (m/f/d) / industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or many years’ experience in a comparable field
10. Knowledge of SAP R3 desirable
11. Experience in operating CNC machines an advantage
12. Ability to work in a team and willingness to work shifts essential
13. Quality-oriented and reliable working style
