About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a high-value client portfolio, typically between $2u20133 million, with a strong focus on customer retention, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities. Acting as a trusted advisor, youu2019ll build long-term relationships by understanding your clientsu2019 challenges and delivering solutions that create real business value. Youu2019ll work closely with internal stakeholders across sales, product, and market experts to drive revenue growth and ensure an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities: Maintain and develop relationships with clients on a portfolio of between $2 to $3 million looking for cross or upsell opportunities. Establish strong long term customer relationships and understand clientsu2019 issues, pains, and challenges. Increase revenue by maintaining an accurate pipeline of opportunities and Account Plans. Maintain high volume and high-quality customer engagement through phone, social media, virtual meetings, and face to face meetings onsite. Collaborate with all relevant business functions locally and globally. Requirements: A high level of energy, competitiveness, with a desire to learn and develop new skills. Self-motivated to succeed in their career, wants to grow and develop and is willing to work hard to achieve this.
