YOUR TASKS
1. Follow up Tier 2 supplier production and deliveries from order to arrival at tower manufacturers
2. Build demand‑vs‑capacity plans based on Tier 1 requirements
3. Identify risks and drive mitigation and containment actions
4. Analyze lead times and identify critical materials
5. Evaluate supplier performance focused on on‑time delivery
6. Coordinate closely with Global Sourcing, Planning, SQA, Logistics, Quality and Project Management
7. Manage stock levels, inventory counting, PO creation and production tracking including supplier visits
YOUR PROFILE
8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar technical education
9. Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Sourcing
10. Strong analytical abilities with a structured and organized working style
11. Solid negotiation skills
12. Leadership mindset and strong teamwork orientation
13. Basic technical understanding
14. Strong English skills and ERP experience (SAP), plus advanced Excel and PowerBI knowledge
