Job Description: Job Overview This is a fantastic opportunity to join our EMEA Aerospace & Defense Sales team, representing innovative and technologically advanced products to lead aerospace OEMs. Reporting to the EMEA Sales Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for all sales and project topics while building strong relationships with commercial and engineering teams. Job Requirements Manage and develop key customer accounts, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction Identify and convert new business opportunities across allocated customers Promote TE Connectivity technologies and product solutions Prepare Strategic Account Plans and manage S&OP/IBP sales forecasting Conduct market and competitor analyses Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and support customer business reviews Facilitate complex engineering projects with cross-functional teams Coordinate responses to logistics and quality topics Provide monthly reporting on sales, pipeline, and project status What your background should look like Bacheloru2019s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Technical/Industrial Management, or a comparable technical or commercial discipline Sales or Account Management experience in Aerospace & Defense or similar technical industries Technical or commercial background (e.g., Electrical/Industrial Engineering) or relevant industry expertise Strong relationship-building and influencing skills Proven success in business development and strategic execution Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Strong organizational and project management skills Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a dynamic environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus Fluent German and English language skills required Willingness to travel regularly (60u201370%) \LI-DNI Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork ABOUT TE CONNECTIVITY TE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
