To achieve our vision, accurately estimating the ROI of marketing activities is essential for optimally allocating large investments and maximizing long-term impact.
As a Senior Product Manager in the Measurement & Steering team of the Performance Marketing department, you'll collaborate closely with applied/data scientists, engineers, and analysts to build the best marketing measurement and investment steering solutions in Europe. You will have full ownership and autonomy to identify problems, shape strategies, and drive innovation in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment.
What We'd Love You To Do (and Love Doing)
* Define & Execute Product Strategy – Break down complex challenges from commercial, legal, and technical perspectives to design a strong product roadmap.
* Develop Cutting-Edge Solutions – Build advanced measurement & investment steering products that estimate the long-term impact of marketing efforts and optimize investment decisions.
* Drive Execution & Remove Roadblocks – Set clear objectives, align priorities, and ensure smooth delivery of high-impact products.
* Translate Complexity into Clarity – Structure complex topics into clear, actionable insights and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
We'd Love To Meet You If
* Have 3+ years of product management experience, driving product strategy and delivering measurable outcomes in collaboration with cross-functional teams of applied/data scientists and engineers.
* Possess a strong analytical mindset with experience/knowledge in statistics, causal inference, or econometrics.
* Have data-driven decision-making skills – Ability to analyze complex data, validate assumptions, and make evidence-based recommendations.
* Are technically fluent – Comfortable discussing technical concepts, making trade-offs, and evaluating new ideas with engineers and data scientists.
* Previous experience in Marketing Measurement/Steering is a plus.
