The Batching Plant Product Manager is overseeing European batching plant development, ensuring alignment with market demands, and fostering innovation to meet evolving industry requirements and customer expectations.
The Batching Plant Product Manager report to PM R&D Director and work closely with a senior product manager on site. The position is based in Bedburg (Hybrid).
The key responsibilities of the Batching Plant Product Manager are :
* Conduct market research. demand analysis and product planning for the batching plant
* Develop product development strategies
* Adress key core issues and technical challenges of the batching plant, such as environmental & recycling technology and high-efficiency drying technology,
* Support marketing, production and after-sales for batching plant
* Analysing market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
Qualifications :
* You have (minimum) a bachelor degree in a technical related field,
* You have 5 years of experience in Batching plan and a minimum of 3 years as Product Manager / Product Owner / Project Manager
* You proficient in CREO or other 3D modelling software
* You are familiar of Product Life Management (PLM system) and PDM
* You are able to adapt to a certain degree of business travel and on-site work arrangements.
