What You’ll Be Doing:
* Manage quotation and order processing for fine art transport projects, both national and international
* Organise and coordinate complex transport operations including packaging, customs, and insurance
* Liaise with clients to ensure smooth project delivery from start to finish
* Plan and schedule courier trips related to fine art logistics
* Implement and manage framework agreements and contractual terms
* Conduct post-project calculations and manage cost control
* Oversee accurate invoice creation and service billing
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and transport standards
* Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after each project
* Collaborate with international partners, agents, and service providers
* Work closely with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency
* Maintain clear, professional communication in both German and English
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics, preferably within fine art transport
* Alternatively, relevant background in galleries, museums, or auction houses
* Strong understanding of transport planning and customs clearance
* Excellent organisational and coordination skills
* Professional and confident communication with clients and stakeholders
